Last updated: 14 October 2026 These terms apply when you use SafeLane, a games and rewards app operated by [Company name] ("we", "us"). By using SafeLane you agree to them. 1. Who can join You must be 18 or older and have a Singapore mobile number. One account per person and per mobile number. 2. Games and learning content The games, quizzes, and tips are for general education and entertainment. They are not financial, insurance, or investment advice. Speak to a licensed adviser before making financial decisions. 3. Points - You earn points by playing, keeping streaks, completing the survey, and ranking on the leaderboard, as shown in the app. - Points have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money. - There is a weekly limit on points from games and check-ins. - Points expire 180 days after you earn them. - We may change how many points activities give, with notice in the app. 4. Rewards - Rewards depend on stock and may change. If a reward runs out, we may offer a similar one. - To claim a reward you must have enough points, meet the activity requirement shown in the app, and complete the survey. - Booth rewards: show your voucher at the booth during the event. If you do not attend, your points are returned and you can choose another booth. - Adviser call rewards: an adviser from the firm you chose will contact you; your reward is sent after the call. - Home delivery rewards are sent to the address you give. We are not responsible for delays caused by a wrong address. - Meeting or talking to an adviser does not oblige you to buy anything. 5. Fair play Do not cheat, use bots or scripts, create multiple accounts, or misuse reward features. If we find abuse, we may remove points, cancel rewards, or close the account. 6. Your account Keep your phone and login codes safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Me page. 7. Changes and availability We may change, pause, or end SafeLane or any part of it. We will try to give notice of major changes in the app. If SafeLane ends, we will give reasonable notice to use your points. 8. Liability SafeLane is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on content in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Singapore law that cannot be excluded. 9.
